Master in Orofacial Pain and TMD

This is the pre-application form for the Postgraduate Master Course in Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disorders in agreement with the UNISI-Università degli studi di Siena. If you are interested, please leave your contact info below and fill out the application form to apply. We built this form to help candidates understanding the steps needed to apply.

First of all, to make your application acceptable you need to own an assessable qualification. So you have to certify your dental qualification.

HOW TO certify your dental qualification

Italian universities consider only three types of documents officially assessable.

If you graduated from the EU, you can ask your University for a Diploma Supplement. It should be free of charge.

If you graduated outside the EU, you need a Dichiarazione di Valore or a Statement of Comparability

  1. Ask now for a dichiarazione di valore at the Italian Embassy in the country where you graduated.
The Declaration of Value is a document, released by the Italian competent Authority in the Country to which the educational system of your school refers, attesting the validity of your Diploma and attesting you are entitled to enter University.
    OR
  2. Ask now for a Statement of Comparability* online, issued by CIMEA here (link agreed with the University of Siena for a quicker process): https://cimea.diplo-me.eu/unisi/#/auth/login
They will publish new operational guidelines in September, as now the service is closed until then.
What’s CIMEA – Each European country has established a National Information Centre for foreign qualification recognition. CIMEA is the Italian one. This Statement is not free of charge. The paperwork can be required online.

Once you have all the necessary documents, please fill out the form below to apply. We will collect your application and will be in contact with the University.
