Types of Data collected
Among the Personal Information collected by Dentalnecto SRL, either independently or through third parties, there are Cookies, Usage data, unique identifiers of devices for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA identifier, for example), email address, phone number, name, surname and geographical position.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of contact forms.
Unless otherwise specified, all the Data requested by Dentalnecto SRL are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for Dentalnecto.com to provide the Service. In the cases Dentalnecto indicates some Data as optional, the Users are free to not communicate such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or on its function.

The legal basis of the processing

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed.
