Dentalnecto has an agreement to co-organize the master’s program. We take care of looking for candidates through promotion agreements with external entities (e.g., Zerodonto). Then we collect the applications and handle the submissions and all communications with students related to the admission stages. We also collect the fees, and when we have all of them, we pay the university the tuition portion (usually in two installments, the due dates of which are determined by the university). The rest you pay is to cover our support throughout 2 and more years (from application to the certificate), our services mentioned above and all the management of theory classes that take place online through our remote support and through software managed by us. This also includes video recordings of the online meetings.
The amount disclosed on this site include everything, fees, services, and total figures (including two years of courses).

Course by the University of Siena in collaboration with Dentalnecto Srl. This postgraduate hybrid part-time master’s program in Advanced Endodontics is the result of a strategic partnership between the University of Siena and Dentalnecto Srl. Designed for working dental professionals, the program combines online learning with on-site training to offer maximum flexibility without compromising academic depth.

The program spans 24 months, starting in February 2026 and concluding at the end of the 2027. It is structured to accommodate participants’ ongoing professional commitments while providing advanced, evidence-based education in Endodontics.

This unique educational opportunity offers a blend of academic excellence, flexibility, and practical relevance—equipping clinicians with up-to-date knowledge and skills to advance their careers in the field of Endodontics.

Prof Simone Grandini is the director of this master:
PROF. SIMONE GRANDINI
POLICLINICO LE SCOTTE, V.LE BRACCI- SIENA
Tel: 0577-585772
Email: grandini@unisi.it

General info on the master in Advanced Endodontics

This postgraduate program is tailored for dentists seeking to refine their daily clinical practice and gain the most up-to-date knowledge in Endodontics and beyond. Mastering complex endodontic cases—whether it’s a primary treatment or a retreatment—requires not only scientific grounding but also advanced clinical expertise. Our course bridges both.

What sets this program apart is our root-to-crown philosophy. Successful dental treatment doesn’t stop at a well-executed root canal; it demands a seamless restorative phase as well. This holistic approach empowers clinicians to assess, plan, and execute treatments that meet even the most demanding patient expectations.

Structured over two years, the program combines evidence-based education with intensive, hands-on workshops. The theoretical modules, delivered online, provide the scientific foundation necessary to make informed decisions in both Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry. In-person sessions, held in Siena, are designed to boost practical skills through clinical simulations that replicate real-world scenarios.

We understand the importance of balancing professional growth with a busy clinical schedule. Thanks to our digital learning environment, you can work, study, and evolve—without putting your career on hold. This flexible structure makes it possible to earn a prestigious postgraduate qualification from the University of Siena while continuing to practice.

How our agreement with the university works.

How our agreement with the university works

Dentalnecto has an agreement to co-organize the master’s program. We take care of looking for candidates through promotion agreements with external entities (e.g., Zerodonto). Then we collect the applications, and handle the submissions and all communications with students related to the admission stages. This also includes video recordings of the meetings.
The figures disclosed on this site include everything, fees, services, and are total figures (include two years of courses).

Imagine a world where the boundaries of Prosthodontics are continually expanding, driven by the relentless march of digital dentistry. Cutting-edge technologies like CAD-CAM, laser-sintering/melting, and 3D printing are no longer just futuristic concepts—they are revolutionizing our daily practice, offering unprecedented precision and efficiency.

The latest generation of restorative materials is at the heart of this transformation. These materials are not only stronger and more durable but also possess remarkable aesthetic and optical properties. They allow us to achieve outcomes that were once unimaginable—stunningly lifelike restorations that blend seamlessly with natural teeth.

ADVANTAGES
• higher level of specialisation
• part-time master, for professionals who want to keep learning
• lectures scheduled mostly during weekends (Fri-Sat)
• hands-on (Wed-Sat, usually once per year) at the University of Siena

But the advantages don’t stop there. The enhanced mechanical properties and manufacturing consistency of these materials mean that we can rely on unparalleled accuracy and precision in every case. This, combined with faster production times, means we can offer our patients the best possible care with minimal wait times.

In both tooth- and implant-supported prosthodontics, these advancements have opened up a new realm of restorative options. We can now provide solutions that are not only functionally superior but also aesthetically outstanding. The future of prosthodontics and new technologies is here, and it’s more exciting than ever.

Prof. Marco Ferrari leads this program, now entering its sixth consecutive year, thanks to a partnership between the University of Siena and Dentalnecto Srl. Since its inception in 2019, over 150 students from around the globe have enrolled in this master’s degree. Applications will reopen in late September 2024, with a cap of 40 to 50 new students.
